federal law, a valid prescription
(sleep study reports are not acceptable
forms of Rx's) from your
physician that is less than one year
old is needed in order to purchase
any CPAP machine, BiPAP machine, Auto
CPAP machine or heated humidifier.
We follow strict FDA guidelines to
insure your own safety.
Beware of other sites who are willing
to just make a fast sale.
Taking short cuts is not the way to
go, especially when you're dealing with
your own health.

- Within 48 hours of placing
an order, please fax your prescription
to 267-295-8736. Otherwise,

ResMed Sales Policy
As a Resmed Preferred Internet
Provider, we are able to offer ResMed products to patients
within the USA. Advans CPAP will verify prior to shipment the
appropriate prescription by a physician licensed to practice in the US.
In addition, we will apply any therapy settings in accordance with such products
prior to shipment.
All products are new and unused in their original packaging as received direct from the manufacturer,
without the risk of re-conditioned, altered or mislabeled equipment. All services provided by Advans CPAP
are solely independent of the manufacturers.
Privacy Policy
We
maintain the privacy of your information
using security technologies and adhere
to policies that prevent unauthorized
use of your personal information.
We do not rent, sell or forward your
name, etc. or email addresses to any
outside companies or private parties.
Secure Shopping
The purchase area of our site uses
a secure server. This means that any
information you send us is protected
by encryption. It encrypts all your
personal information before it is
sent to prevent unauthorized access
to your information. We also offer
the option of placing a credit card
order over the phone. International orders
outside the USA may be placed
using the printable fax/email form or via
telephone.
Warranty/
Return information
The manufacturer
warranty covers parts and labor for
2-years on all CPAP Machines for
any manufacturer defects. This does
not cover any damage caused by the
consumer (i.e. dropped machine, water
damage, etc...) The consumer is fully
responsible for any purchases made.
Once
a CPAP Mask or related accessories
has been taken out of its original
packaging, it is no longer returnable.
If the product
you purchased from Advans CPAP is
defective in materials and/or workmanship,
and you have the original packaging, contact
us within 14 days of receipt
for a return authorization number.
We then will exchange the defective
product.
Non-defective
returns will not be accepted.
The customer will return products
that are found defective during the
manufacturer's warranty period, but
after 30 days of purchase to the manufacturer.
The customer must look to the manufacturer
for relief with defective merchandise. Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable.
No
cash refunds will be issued under
any circumstances.
