I have a Philips Respironics System One CPAP. The displays states “Service Required” and the United beeps along with the ramp-up button blinking. How do I get this unit serviced?

For a free evaluation, please send it carefully packed or drop it off to the address below. Most people will use the Post Office's "flat rate" shipping method as it is economical and fast. Include, a copy of this email along with your complete shipping address and phone number. Do not send the power supply/cord or humidifier attachment if you have one. I have a REMstar pro with C-Flex and air sensor tit is broke off hose connector inside the machine. Can I purchase a replacement? I received machine in 2005. This is the only problem I've ever had. Error-25

I have a Resmed Aircurve 10 BPAP machine. It has several problems. For over a year now I have major problem with power button, it takes several presses to get machine to turn on. When it is on the Humidifier chamber no longer works. When I turn machine off it will make a "wheezing" sound for at least 30 minutes before it will fully power down. Now over the last two weeks it has lost all air pressure and I wake up gasping for breath in the middle of the night. If I could get a letter saying its beyond repair due to all the problems my insurance would replace it covered at 100%. Any ideas what to do?

The on/off button on my Dreamstation is sticking, requiring as many as 5 presses to turn on. It will start when I hold the mask tightly and breathe deeply 4 or 5 times. The start button was sticky for a couple of weeks when I got the machine 4 years ago but performed perfectly till a few days ago. Is this something I can fix? (yes I am on the list for the recall.)

The noise you are hearing is most likely from condensation building up on the mask or tubing. Turn down the heater setting on the humidifier or increase the temperature in the room.

Your machine will need a new control board or blower. It is also under a current recall. Contact the factory to have it replaced.
