I could not find anyone in Louisiana to fix my CPAP which was damaged in my baggage on an overseas trip. I contacted Advans at which time I received a prompt reply stating that they would give a free evaluation on repairing my unit after they received it. The same day they received it, I was contacted and I gave them further information on how damage occurred. The next day I was contacted with an estimate of repair and that day it was repaired and shipped. Great service and very fair repair fees. I am very pleased with their service..

I am 73 year old male and was diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea. To alleviate the effect of this problem I am using a CPAP. According to my supplemental medical plan I am entitled to new equipment every five years. There are only two suppliers for this type of equipment in my area that I am aware of. I obtained quotes from both. They were very similar: Very high!

Researching other suppliers on the web, I came across ADVANS CPAP, located in California. I was surprised at their very reasonable prices, for the same brand quality equipment. At first I assumed a scam being perpetrated. Not only were their prices substantially lower than my supplier here, they also advised me that their prices shown on their web site were revised downward. They did no have to make me aware of this, as I was ready to pay the higher price shown on the web. I was elated and immediately placed an order with Louis their online sales rep. Louis helped me choose the right model made the changes I wanted and still saved me a bundle! Today, about eleven days later I received the parcel with the latest edition of a high quality CPAP. I would prefer buying from a local supplier and would have accepted a reasonable mark-up over the ADVANS CPAP, however I felt being taken advantage of by my local supplier with an extreme difference in price. Depending on a pension I cannot afford being scammed here.

I am writing this letter in the hope that others can purchase their equipment through ADVANS and enjoy good service and good quality at a very reasonable price!

My CPAP was totally broken because of being packed with water in the humidifier. I tried for a very long time to find someone to fix it for me. I did not even get a response from some companies (including the company that delivered it to me in the first place). I finally foud Advans CPAP online and sent them a message. They got back to me right away. I overnighted my broken machine on a Thursday (I live in PA), they called me on Friday and were ready to send me a new machine. You could not even guess how little the machine cost me. I was shocked! I got my new machine on Monday and have been sleeping soundly ever since. I will order all of my replacement tubes and headgear form Advans CPAP from now on. I can't thank them enough.

I have been suffering for some time with sleep apnea but could not afford the outrageous price our local places were charging.. I found your site and thought it was honestly a joke.. more that 60% cheaper than what I could get locally.. After some more research I decided to place an were so helpful and quick on answering my questions.. and delivery was amazingly fast even with the snow storms that had hit. Thank you so much last night was the best night of sleep I had got in years.. and the money saved helped me sleep that much better.. I will not only recommend you to others I come in contact with but I also sent your site and phone number information to the hospital and doctor that I see in hopes of saving money for other families that are in the same situation..

Even though the machine is not included in my insurance policy, I talked to the head of the department that is responsible for sending out the letters to the insurees to let them know they will have to buy their own and she was so astonished to hear the difference in price that she will be mentioning it in future letters. "I needed a humidifier and went to my local distributor, they wanted over 500$ for the humidifier. When I commented on the price they wanted me to rent it and pay monthly rent too!!!! I checked on the web and easily found Advans CPAP. they offered me a newer model for $252. I had questions and they answered them quickly and professionally. I had to get a prescription from my dr and he was gone when I called him so I had to wait another day. This past April I was diagnosed with sleep apnea mod/severe. My clinic Kaiser Permanente advised me to purchase the ResMed Auto Set Spirit with the ultra mirage mask. At this time I really did not know much about this diagnosis except my Doctor wanted me on the machine pronto. I went home and researched different vendors for a few hours....The Advans web site was by far the cheapest for this particular machine and mask...about $100-$200 less than the other vendors. I ordered it and in 2 days I received it. I really appreciate the Advans company. These machines are very expensive and they helped me save money. Today I called Louis Le at customer service...He is a great guy!!!! Within a few minutes he walked me through the menu and got my machines "smart data" up and running. Thank you all at Advans, you helped me through this difficult time adjusting to a new diagnosis by responding to my order quickly, saving me $$$$$ and having such a nice and helpful person such as Louis at customer service to give technical support. Excellent Products, Service and Prices ! I recently purchased the Resmed Activa mask & CPAP Filters from AdvansCPAP at the BEST prices available on the net. Louis went a step further and helped me acquire CPAP filters, which are not even available on his website. The Resmed Activa mask is fantastic, so much more comfortable than my old Ultra Mirage mask which needed to be fastened tightly to ensure no leaks. I'm a very happy customer.... Thanks Louis.
